    According to the UN’s refugee agency, there are 8,255,288 refugees from Ukraine across Europe and also over 6.5 million people are internally displaced inside country.

    The stories about failures in the country have ranged from women being gang-raped, men castrated, children sexually abused, and civilians made to parade naked from the streets, in accordance with the UN. However, the actual scale with the human rights violations and war crimes will not come to light for many years.

    As with every crisis, women, children, marginalized communities, and the poor are the type is the most affected. Education has been disrupted for countless children, millions are living without power, medical care facilities are already destroyed, and sexual violence has been utilized as ammunition of war.

    What’s at stake?

    Millions displaced, millions more on the brink of hunger, tens of thousands dead, people being deprived of their basic human rights, and countless more being pushed into poverty. The war against Ukraine has brought immense human suffering and its particular impact may be felt worldwide.

    What can we do?

    The planet must stand using the people of Ukraine and all sorts of people experiencing conflict around the world, and make all financial and humanitarian assistance open to all whose life is being influenced by conflict.
